At Bagui Painting & Remodeling LLC, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and are committed to delivering professional results on every project.

We provide a 2.5-Year Workmanship Warranty on residential projects.

This warranty covers defects resulting directly from our workmanship, including but not limited to:
•⁠  ⁠Improper application of paint, coatings, sealants, or finishes.
•⁠  ⁠Peeling, blistering, or premature failure caused by installation or application errors performed by our company.
•⁠  ⁠Workmanship-related defects that occur under normal use and conditions.

This warranty applies exclusively to labor performed by Bagui Painting & Remodeling LLC and does not cover:

•⁠  ⁠Manufacturer defects or product failures.
•⁠  ⁠Normal wear and tear.
•⁠  ⁠Damage caused by weather events, natural disasters, accidents, abuse, neglect, structural movement, moisture intrusion, or lack of maintenance.
•⁠  ⁠Work altered, repaired, or modified by others after project completion.
•⁠  ⁠Color fading, discoloration, or material aging resulting from environmental exposure.

If a warranty claim is approved, Bagui Painting & Remodeling LLC will provide all labor required to correct the covered workmanship issue at no charge. The property owner shall be responsible for providing or purchasing any necessary replacement materials, paint, coatings, sealants, hardware, or related products required to complete the warranty repair.

No labor charges will be assessed for approved warranty repairs.

To qualify for warranty coverage, the customer must retain and provide a copy of the original signed contract, estimate, invoice, or receipt issued by Bagui Painting & Remodeling LLC before the project began. Warranty claims submitted without proof of service may be denied.

Our goal is to build long-term relationships through quality workmanship, honesty, and exceptional customer service. If a covered workmanship issue arises during the warranty period, we will make every reasonable effort to inspect and resolve the issue promptly.
