Any work not specifically included in the written agreement may be considered additional work and may require additional cost, time, materials, and approval. Changes requested after approval, including changes to colors, finishes, materials, project areas, design preferences, schedule, or project size, may result in additional charges and changes to the project timeline. Bagui Painting & Remodeling LLC reserves the right to pause or delay work until such changes are reviewed, priced, and approved.

All prices, quotes, and estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. Pricing may vary depending on the size of the project, surface conditions, material selections, preparation requirements, accessibility, labor needs, weather conditions, repairs, color changes, number of coats, complexity of finishes, and client-requested changes.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, estimates may not include unforeseen repairs, structural issues, moisture damage, mold, rot, pest damage, code-related corrections, hidden damage behind walls or surfaces, special permits, hazardous material removal, or other conditions that are not visible or known at the time of the estimate.

If additional work becomes necessary, Bagui Painting & Remodeling LLC may provide an updated estimate or change order before proceeding with work outside the original scope.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the property, including project location, ownership or authorization to request work, known defects, access restrictions, pets, tenants, building rules, HOA requirements, parking rules, water or electricity availability, and any safety concerns. The client confirms that they have the legal authority to request services at the property or has obtained permission from the property owner, landlord, association, or responsible party. Bagui Painting & Remodeling LLC is not responsible for delays, penalties, denied access, or additional costs caused by inaccurate information, lack of authorization, building restrictions, HOA rules, permit issues, or failure to prepare the property as agreed.

Before work begins, clients may be asked to prepare the work area by moving personal items, valuables, fragile objects, wall decorations, electronics, furniture, vehicles, outdoor items, or other belongings away from the project area. While Bagui Painting & Remodeling LLC makes reasonable efforts to protect work areas, floors, furniture, landscaping, fixtures, and surrounding surfaces, the client is responsible for removing or securing valuable, delicate, irreplaceable, or sentimental items before the project begins. Bagui Painting & Remodeling LLC is not responsible for damage to items that were not disclosed, moved, protected, or made reasonably accessible for protection when preparation instructions were provided.

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, labor scheduling, site conditions, client decisions, change orders, inspections, permits, access restrictions, delays caused by other contractors, drying or curing times, unforeseen repairs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Exterior painting and outdoor work may be delayed due to rain, snow, wind, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, poor surface conditions, or other weather-related conditions that affect quality or safety.

Bagui Painting & Remodeling LLC will make reasonable efforts to communicate schedule changes, but estimated start dates and completion dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

Materials, colors, coatings, finishes, and products may vary depending on availability, manufacturer specifications, surface conditions, and project requirements. Bagui Painting & Remodeling LLC may recommend professional-grade products or materials based on the needs of the project, but the final selection may depend on the written agreement and client approval.

Colors, finishes, textures, stains, and visual results may appear different depending on lighting, surface condition, previous coatings, age of materials, sheen level, surrounding colors, device screens, printed samples, and natural wear. The client is responsible for approving final color and finish selections before application.

Once approved materials or colors are applied, changes requested by the client may be treated as additional work and may require additional labor, materials, and cost.

For remodeling, drywall, flooring, cabinet refinishing, wood siding, decks, fences, or repair work, the final result depends on the existing condition of the property and surfaces. Hidden issues may be discovered after work begins, including damaged framing, moisture problems, uneven substrates, prior poor workmanship, failing coatings, structural movement, plumbing or electrical issues, pest damage, rot, mold, or material deterioration. Bagui Painting & Remodeling LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or failures caused by prior work, building movement, moisture, inadequate ventilation, defective materials, or conditions outside our control. If hidden issues are discovered, additional work may be required before the original scope can be completed properly.

Payment terms will be stated in the written estimate, invoice, proposal, or contract. Depending on the size and type of project, Bagui Painting & Remodeling LLC may require a deposit, progress payments, material payments, or final payment upon completion.

The client agrees to make payments according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make required payments may result in delayed work, paused services, cancellation of scheduling, additional fees where allowed by law, or collection efforts.

Final payment may be due when the agreed scope has been substantially completed, even if minor touch-ups or warranty-related items are still being scheduled, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellations, rescheduling, and delays must be communicated as early as possible. Because Bagui Painting & Remodeling LLC may reserve labor, materials, equipment, and calendar time for approved projects, cancellation after approval may result in charges for materials purchased, administrative time, scheduling losses, work already performed, or other costs allowed under the written agreement. If a client delays access, fails to prepare the property, changes the scope, or postpones decisions needed to proceed, the project schedule and cost may be adjusted. Bagui Painting & Remodeling LLC reserves the right to reschedule work when necessary due to weather, safety concerns, team availability, supplier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Bagui Painting & Remodeling LLC may provide a workmanship warranty for certain services when stated in writing. Any warranty applies only to the specific work performed by Bagui Painting & Remodeling LLC and only under the terms stated in the written warranty or contract. Warranty coverage may exclude normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, moisture problems, structural movement, previous coating failure, surface contamination, manufacturer product defects, color fading, exact color matching, damage caused by others, acts of God, extreme weather, fire, flooding, vandalism, abrasive cleaning, chemical exposure, or work not performed by Bagui Painting & Remodeling LLC. Any warranty request must be submitted directly to Bagui Painting & Remodeling LLC using the contact information provided on the website or written contract.

The client may be asked to provide the original contract, proof of payment, photos of the affected area, project location, and reasonable access for inspection. Bagui Painting & Remodeling LLC reserves the right to determine whether an issue is covered under the applicable warranty. If covered, repairs may be limited to the affected areas only and may not include full repainting, full refinishing, replacement of unrelated materials, exact color matching, upgrades, or repairs outside the original scope unless expressly stated in writing.
